What OmniPath is
OmniPath is a discovery and connection platform that helps Micronesia buyers find trusted U.S. and global suppliers. We surface profiles, route buyer requests, and help the two sides find each other.
What OmniPath is not
- We are not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a supplier.
- We do not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee deals.
- We do not verify pricing, inventory, shipping timelines, or contract terms. Those are arranged directly between the buyer and supplier.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and business information.
- Communicate honestly with the other party.
- Do your own due diligence before sending payment or signing contracts. See our Buyer & Supplier Safety Tips.
- Comply with applicable U.S., FSM, and international trade and import regulations.
Supplier listings
Supplier profiles are reviewed before publication, but OmniPath makes no warranty about a supplier's products, services, pricing, or fitness for any particular purpose. Buyers should verify credentials and references directly with the supplier.
Limitation of liability
OmniPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from agreements made between buyers and suppliers, shipping outcomes, or any third-party service.
